Log one wellbeing activity a day for 28 days

Our 1-A-Day Streakbuilder Challenge will help your team build their own positive habits by encouraging them to log one wellbeing activity a day for 28 days.

Members can choose to log their own activities such as walking or riding a bike, or follow our daily suggestions across physical, mental, social and financial wellbeing.

The individual and team benefits of achieving a 28-day wellbeing streak include an increased sense of wellbeing, an improvement in physical health and a closer connection with work colleagues.

Lets Get Active

We focus on getting into the habit of logging a daily wellbeing activity and starting your wellbeing streak. You can log what you currently do, such as a daily walk, or you can complete our daily wellbeing suggestion.

Healthy at Work

This week we suggest fun activities that you can do individually and together during our work hours.

Our Mental Wellbeing

This week we introduce activities to improve our mental wellbeing such as checking in with colleagues, breathing exercises, soulwalking, practising gratitude and writing in our wellbeing journal.

Fuel Our Wellbeing

This week we focus on nutrition and hydration with recipe and hydration hints and tips, a team cook-a-long and a healthy lunch challenge.

Fun and Connection

At the weekend, we dial up the fun and team connection with photo challenges, getting into the kitchen together and learning to dance!

The Streakbuilder Challenge has provided me with a focus to log something every day – even if it is just logging my daily walk or keeping hydrated; which makes me feel like I’m really achieving and building my healthy habit. I couldn’t have done the 30-Day streak without the support of my colleagues. It’s been wonderful to do this together and we’re all definitely feeling more connected and energised."

What Challenge should we join?

Our Streakbuilder challenge is a great place to start. But if you want to be more precise about what challenge to choose you may wish to use our Benchmarking Survey to discover what areas you should focus on for best effect. If you are already using the Feel Good Hub App you can poll your people from within the App and let them choose - this is a very powerful driver of engagement.

Who can join a Challenge?

Any group of people can join a Challenge. You can restrict this to work colleagues only by locking down to a specific email domain and controlling distribution of your access code. Or you can invite others such as partners, clients and suppliers.

What happens after the Challenge?

At the end of the Challenge we will send you a Challenge Insights Report and a celebration video re-enforces the sense of togetherness you have created by participating in the Challenge. Thereafter you can keep the momentum up by carrying on with the App in Regular Use mode while you catch your breath for the next Challenge.
