Does Feel Good Hub work on iOS and Android?

Yes. Feel Good Hub works on both Apple and Android devices and is available for download in the app and play stores.

How do I join my team in Feel Good Hub?

After you download the Feel Good Hub app you’ll need to enter an organisation code to join up with the rest of your team. You should be sent this code by someone in your organisation, if you don’t have a code please get in touch with your organisations HR representative.

What Challenge should we join?

Our Streakbuilder challenge is a great place to start. But if you want to be more precise about what challenge to choose you may wish to use our Benchmarking Survey to discover what areas you should focus on for best effect. If you are already using the Feel Good Hub App you can poll your people from within the App and let them choose - this is a very powerful driver of engagement.

Who can join a Challenge?

Any group of people can join a Challenge. You can restrict this to work colleagues only by locking down to a specific email domain and controlling distribution of your access code. Or you can invite others such as partners, clients and suppliers.

What is a Moment?

A Moment is simply our name for a post. There are 8 categories of Moment you can post in Feel Good Hub: Physical, Wellbeing, Creativity, Nutrition, Financial, Do Good, Environmental and Feel Good.

How much of our time and effort will be required?

Feel Good Hub is a managed service. We minimise the amount of your time and resource required where possible by providing everything you need. 

Do you offer custom pricing options?

Yes. If you feel your organisation doesn’t necessarily fall into any of our standard subscription bands please get in touch with us to discuss a custom solution that best fits your team.

Can I change plan?

Yes. If your organisation changes in numbers you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan accordingly, just get in touch with our team.
